If user is writing about the issues faced after booking

We are just a booking medium so cant really do much in this. 


a) For minor problems we just redirect users to Redbus by sending below response -

Send and set as Resolved.


b) If major issue faced by user we will forward this to Redbus and will ask why user faced this issue and meanwhile we will send interim to user.
