Thanks for writing to us.


We want to inform you that you can cancel the Flight Ticket from the App. Below are the ways to cancel tickets from the app.


1) Order details > View ticket > Ellipsis icon (3 dots) > Cancel ticket

2) Flights landing page > Ellipsis icon (3 dots) > My bookings > Tap on a booking > E-ticket page > Ellipsis icon > Cancel ticket


Please be informed there will be a cancellation fee as per the airline's cancelation policy so kindly check all the details and proceed.


Kindly find the step-by-step guide for canceling your ticket:


Step 1: Go to the Flights section



Step 2: Ellipsis icon (3 dots) > My Bookings




Step 3: Select the booking you want to cancel > E-ticket page > Ellipsis icon (3 dots) > Cancel Booking.



Step 4: Confirm cancellation
